Three Impossible Soldiers – Generated by the Simulation
In the game, the personnel files of your soldiers form a quiet narrative line — if you choose to pay attention to them.
Many of these ribbon racks would make someone a legendary badass hero if they happened in real life.
But the truth is: combinations like these did happen in Vietnam.
And it’s fascinating to see how, in this simulation just like in real life, chance and circumstance can shape a soldier’s entire story.
Here are three unbelievable service records generated in my latest run:
1. Richard Alvarez – RTO
1 Medal of Honor, 5 Silver Stars, 1 Soldier’s Medal, 3 Bronze Stars, 1 Purple Heart (only one wound!), 3 ARCOMs, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, Air Medal
// UNSTOPPABLE //

2. Jerome Davis – Sergeant
1 Medal of Honor, 2 Silver Stars, 1 Bronze Star, 1 ARCOM, Air Medal — AND NO WOUNDS
// BULLETPROOF //

3. Victor Monroe – Staff Sergeant (UNBELIEVABLE)
4 Bronze Stars, 1 ARCOM, 3 Air Medals (participated in EVERY mission),Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross, NO WOUNDS, 24 months active duty
// UNTOUCHABLE //
